Fluorescent lights give a type of illumination that “moves” or vibrates on the onlookers eyes. It usually causes headaches and dizziness and many people can’t seem to explain why they get these symptoms, but exposure to this type of light for a long period of time has a lot to do with it for many people. This is probably why kitchen cabinet lighting has developed into a mainstay in today’s kitchen.
